INCORPORATION
After successfully trading as a partnership for three years, the firm was incorporated on 19th May 2003 as a limited liability company in order to have all the advantages that appertain to incorporated businesses.
OPERATIONS BASE
Although the firm is based in Nairobi, Prime Outdoor Network has planned to have a large market share not only in Kenya but also in Uganda and Tanzania which in turn are expected to open other venues in the wider COMESA region.
